the weight

so today i went to the gym... something i have been doing on a regular basis. i missed last week but i have been going consistantly for about a month now.
i started off at 330 lbs. like i said i eliptical for 15 min. and then lift for 15 min.. i have been going up in weight as far as lifting goes.. i can feel a difference in my life. i feel more energetic when i am with the band my breathing seems less strained.. my arms feel more firm. i'm feeling good....
i have also lost some weight. i hopped on the scale today and i am now at 320lbs. i don't really have a goal.. as far as loosing so much.. but i do want to just lose weight.
